This revision introduces as new layout to improve the flow of the document, it incorporates changes stemming from amendment 15 and visual aids updates stemming from ICAO State letter AN 4/1.2.31-25/23 and updates related to all-weather operations, additionally the updates remove some differences to ICAO.
